This website offers visitors a range of educational products and resources, including physical and digital teacher stationery, as well as additional digital teaching materials.
By accessing or using our website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
Terms of Purchase for Goods and Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of goods by you (referred to as "the Customer" or "you") from The Happy Teacher Hub. By placing an order for any of our goods or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

When purchasing from The Happy Teacher Hub, you acknowledge that:

Upon commitment to purchase and completion of the checkout and payment process, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.

Our product and service prices are listed on our website. The Happy Teacher Hub reserves the right to modify prices at any time or to correct any unintentional pricing errors. Further details on pricing can be found on the payment page.
You can only purchase the Goods from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.
Products
We strive to display product specifications, colors, features, and details on our website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that these colors, features, or details will be entirely accurate or error-free, and they may vary based on your electronic display. All products are offered subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason. Additionally, prices for all products may change at our discretion.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is critical to us. We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to your personal information.We collect and handle all information in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By providing your contact information, you consent to occasionally receiving promotional messages and materials from us via mail, email, or any other contact method you’ve provided (including phone calls or text messages). If you prefer not to receive these promotions or notifications, you can opt out at any time by notifying us.
Delivery
We will deliver the goods to the specified address within the agreed timeframe or, at the latest, within 30 days from the Contract date. In cases where delivery timing is critical, and if we fail to deliver on time, you may treat the Contract as ended. This may apply if:

Delivery on time is essential due to the circumstances when the Contract was made, or you informed us before the Contract that timely delivery was a critical requirement.

We have refused to deliver the goods.

After an initial delay, you set a new deadline, which we also fail to meet.​

The goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or customer collection. Whenever feasible, please examine the goods prior to accepting them.
Cancellations

Once the Contract is made, you cannot withdraw the Order.

If you change your mind, you can cancel within 14 days after the first delivery by informing us clearly (e.g., via post or email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, send your cancellation notice before the 14-day period ends.

Upon cancellation, we will refund all payments, excluding delivery costs.

We may deduct for any loss in value of the goods due to unnecessary handling by you beyond what is reasonable for examination.

If we haven't offered to collect the goods, we will refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence of their return, whichever is sooner.

If we have offered to collect the goods or no goods were supplied, we will refund within 14 days after your cancellation notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise, and you will not incur any fees.
Returns
Please contact us at help@thehappyteacher.co.uk to arrange a return. The item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will coordinate with Royal Mail to collect the package at a mutually agreed upon time and location. The collection must take place within 14 days of the initial delivery.
Items that are returned damaged may incur a restocking fee. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be deducted from the refund amount.
Certain items, such as digital products—including *The Happy Teacher Digital Planner*, *The Happy Teacher Google Sheets Planner*, and any digital teaching resources—are not eligible for return.
Restrictions on Use

Resale of our physical or digital products is strictly prohibited. Sharing of digital products, including planners, is also prohibited.

Our online forums and communication channels are intended to be positive spaces for teachers. Abusive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to remove access for individuals who violate these standards.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property Rights associated with The Happy Teacher Hub are the exclusive property of Natalie Cole at The Happy Teacher Hub. Except where explicitly stated in these Terms, nothing herein grants a license to any Intellectual Property Rights. You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, or republish any of our materials.

Lessons and schemes of work may be adapted or edited strictly for personal use but must not be redistributed in any form.
Limitation of Liability
The Supplier does not limit liability for: (i) any fraudulent actions or omissions, or (ii) death or personal injury resulting from negligence or a breach of other legal duties. Aside from these instances, the Supplier is not responsible for (i) any losses that were not reasonably foreseeable by both parties when the Contract was made, or (ii) losses related to the Customer's business, such as loss of profit, that would not typically affect a consumer, as the Supplier assumes the Customer is purchasing the Goods primarily for personal, non-commercial use.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Contract, including any non-contractual matters, is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales, or, if the Customer resides in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the respective courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland.
Our goal is to resolve any issues promptly and amicably. If a dispute arises, please contact us, and we will work to provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible, typically within 5 working days
