We want you to love your purchase from The Happy Teacher Hub! However, if you’re not fully satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on items that are unused and returned within 14 days of the delivery date. • Items must be returned in their original condition. A restocking fee may apply if items are returned damaged or not in their original state.

• We’ll arrange a collection of the product via Royal Mail, coordinating with you to set a convenient time and location. Please note that this collection must be scheduled within the 14-day return window from the original delivery date.

• Refunds will cover only the product’s cost; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds are not available for downloadable products.
